The Australian Good Food and Travel Guide 2015 Chef Hat Awards have been announced, and we are once again reminded how spoilt for choice we are with a fantastic evolving dining scene that includes 462 hatted restaurants across Australia.
AGFG notes that while many restaurants have closed their doors as hospitality continues to prove a tough industry, chefs are adjusting, rebranding and reworking their concepts, “masters of improvisation” that they are.
Our highly-awarded Perth venue, Print Hall Dining Room, continues to make us proud with two hats awarded in the 2015 awards.
