Print Hall receives Grand Award from U.S. wine ‘bible’

Print Hall joins the very exclusive list of just 73 restaurants around the world that have been awarded the Grand Award by  U.S Magazine Wine Spectator.

The award accompanies Wine Spectator’s latest report on the world’s finest restaurant wine lists.

This recognition adds to Print Hall’s tally of awards with the venue taking home The Good Food Guide’s 2014 Wine List of the Year award in November.

Director of Beverage Jean-Charles Mahe, at the helm of the Print Hall drinks programme, said Wine Spectator’s recognition was the culmination of years of hard work.

“We have spent a lot of time sourcing unique wines not available to anyone else in Australia,” Mr Mahe said.

Honoured restaurants typically offer 1,500 selections or more, and their wine lists feature ‘superior depth and breadth in many of the world’s major regions’. The Restaurant Awards program is currently celebrating its 35th year of recognising the world’s best wine programs.
