Colonial Leisure Group has always aimed high in the beverage stakes – venues like Print Hall Dining Room and The Botanical have been awarded with accolades for their wine lists for several years running.

Our key wine people not only select the drops for the venue beverage lists but also for winestyle, the winestore that is operated online and out of South Yarra’s The Botanical. The site and branding has just had a proper spruce up and a new e-commerce site has been launched with all the bells and whistles you would expect of a modern, user-friendly online wine retailer

The team responsible for the selection of wines available on the site include Melbourne wine industry expert Peter Marr, The Botanical’s Head Sommelier Tim Bryar, The Botanical’s Venue Manager Peter Baker, and Print Hall Director of Beverage Jean-Charles Mahe.
