Colonial Leisure Group (CLG) is pleased to announce it has signed a contract to purchase the leasehold of The Fox Hotel from AM Fox Hotel Pty Ltd. The handover is expected to occur late August 2016 and the venue will continue to trade as the successful The Fox Hotel.

CLG National General Manager Lawrence Dowd said, “the purchase of The Fox Hotel is certainly one of the biggest pub acquisitions we’ve done and we are very excited to be entering the Brisbane market”. The Fox is one of the top trading pubs in Brisbane and it will fit nicely into our diverse portfolio”.

CLG expects it to be business as usual in the short term, but has plans to focus on the food and beverage offering of the hotel to bring it in line with its other leading premium pubs across Australia.
