Portsea Hotel are currently recruiting for a suitably experienced Cook. We are seeking a passionate professional that is motivated, engaged and committed to delivering an outstanding product.

Day to day responsibilities of this role will include;
- Preparation for and management of a section through service.
- Assisting with general menu preparation day to day.
- General cleaning and hygiene control.
- Stock management.
- Delivery of product to expected standards.
To be considered for this position you must possess the following;
• At least 2 years’ experience within a similar role.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Thrive in a high volume, high pressure environment.
• Desire to elevate the profile of the venue with exceptional product.
• Have a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to follow directions and support team goals.
